Important Information: This home operates on a private well with a reserve water tank. Please be mindful of water usage during your stay, as excessive continuous use may temporarily deplete the reserve. The well water can sometimes appear cloudy, and spotting on dishes is expected. The home does not have a garbage disposal or garage access. During winter, a snow-capable 4WD or AWD vehicle is required, and experienced snow driving is recommended.

House Rules: No smoking, parties, events, or fireworks. Guests must be 25 years or older. Use caution when entering as the ground is uneven. Respect locked cupboards and private spaces. The property has exterior surveillance cameras facing the driveway and house. Pet approval required through DoneRight Management. Minimum 2-night stay required (3-4 nights during certain periods).
