Carotte Bananes
An exotic local delicacy, serves as a light refreshment to savor during breakfast or afternoon tea. It is a sweet tasty dish, with a spread of honey and a sweet smelling vanilla.

Octopus Salad
One of the local, fresh delicacy that consists of a combination of octopus, fresh onions, succulent tomatoes and a sprinkle of fresh lemon juice. It is one of the best appetizers usually served before the main course of the meal.

Breadfruit
It's one of the delicious desserts served after the main course of the meal. It contains sweet potatoes in coconut milk. 'Sweet' is the taste you could describe it.

It is one of the exotic dishes that are served as a main course of Seychelles delicacy. It consists of a gratin of palm heart, Jackfish terrine accompanied by a salad of tender breadfruit and Chicken fricassee to be served together with Creole rice and Chutney of papaya flowers.
