Mahatma Gandhi - The Father of The Nation
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was born in 1869 at Porbandhar district of Gujrat, the nation’s Mahathma assumed a distinct and indomitable spirit to lead the country to overcome the imperialist power of the foreign rulers. Besides being a freedom fighter he had certain ideals that made him extra-ordinary statesman. He had a unique thought on religiousness, truth, courage, wisdom (which though Winston Churchill quoted as childish was invincible by any kind of logic), work, faith etc.

He had the most secular outlook on religion. According to him religion may be any, but it should used as a means to reach the Supreme.
