Gujarat is at its best during the months from December to March when festivals like Modhera dance festival, Kutch Utsav, Kite Festival etc. are celebrated with spirit and fervor. Though the summers are very hot and the winters are too cold, enough facilities are provided to meet any climatic conditions.
