Vanganga Lake Garden, Dadra
A beautiful Lake Garden Vanganga (6 km from Silvassa) crated in Japanese style is a major tourist attraction not only to the public but also to the film makers where more than 40 songs of feature films have been filmed. The facilities available to the tourists include paddle boats, restaurants and jogging. On an average 4 lakhs tourists visit the garden annually.

Vanvihar Tourist Complex, Chauda
Since there was no accommodation available for the people, the Department has created 36 bedded Luxury and Economic class accommodation at Chauda (20 km. From Silvassa). The surrounding area has been landscaped and tourists throng in thousands to see and enjoy the location apart from the tourists staying in the Complex. The Department has built a small check-dam on the adjoining river Sakartod and has a proposal to operate boating facilities.

Tapovan Tourist complex, Bindrabin
The famous historic temple of Lord Shiva is located (18 km from Silvassa and 2 km from Khanvel) at Bindrabin and devotees make a bee line to seek blessing of the deity. Since there were no facilities for accommodation the Department has provided a restaurant and amusement park in the form of fountains and well laid garden.

Vanganga Lake and Island Garden, Dadra
The most beautiful lake garden songs of more than 25 Hindi feature films have been filmed here. The rustic wooden bridges, sea of flowers, jogging paths, thatched huts, paddle boats.. it’s a right mix for romantic mood for the honeymooners!
