India
- Uttar
Pradesh
|
Uttar Pradesh is the measuring gauge of India both politically and culturally. The name of the state at once brings in mind the image of
Braj-Bhoomi, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Politically and culturally the state beholds the whole of India to its bosom.
The turns and turmoil in the state are
decisive factors in determining the course of political developments in the country. The state has a very ancient legacy of culture that is well beyond the annals chronicled.
