The Best Time to Visit
The islands are marvelous round the year. Even in the hottest months, April and May, the ever present ocean breeze keeps you comfortable. The rains being scanty, the monsoon season, May to September, is a pleasant time to be on the islands. The only difference from the rest of the year is that boats do not ply in the open sea, hence transfers from the airport is by helicopter and Scuba Diving and Deep Sea Fishing are not available. But the encircling reef keeps the lagoon calm just as in the fair season. From November to March and in August there are many tourists. From April to September (except August), you will have the island almost to yourself.
