Out
Check
out is a simple and easy way to book the services you wish
to book. In
order to 'Check Out', you need to have an Account with Stayfinder.com
and if you don't have one, you can create one while you 'Check
Out'.
Sign
in E-mail Address, Billing Address &
Password
If
you are a new user enter your valid E-mail Address to start
Sign in. Provide your Billing Address and select a password to use in combination with
your Sign in E-mail Address to use Your Account in future.
Payment
You can guarantee your bookings online by
Credit Card for fast confirmation. Paying
online using credit card at Stayfinder.com is secure & guaranteed
(See
our Security Guarantee). You can also opt to pay
the booking advance by Check/Demand Draft/Wire Transfer; but may delay the
confirmation and
are subjected to realization.

Confirmation
& Re-Confirmation
All the bookings will be confirmed by our customer service
personnel through E-mail to you with in a short time after
submitting the booking order. This normally won't take more
than 24 Hrs.
In case the
dates/room type you've booked at a particular hotel is
unavailable, you'll be informed of the alternative hotels of
the same category or of different available room types at the
same hotel. With your consent the booking will be confirmed
according to your choice.
Though you
can book up to 150 days in advance; many hotels have a
validity period set for their listed prices. In such cases
you will be informed of the price change once it happens
& a re-confirmation will be intimated.

Tracking
Your Orders
You can track Your Orders using the Your Account feature.
Sign In to Your Account using your Sign in E-mail ID &
Stayfinder.com Password to see the status of all your
current & past orders. An active Order is called Open
and a used/past order is called a Closed.

Cancellation
Cancellation of Bookings are subjected to
the respective policies. You can cancel open bookings using Your Account.

Discounts
All prices/tariff published are list prices. The discounts
are offered by Stayfinder.com on the list prices to our
customers and are not offered by the hotels Or service
providers directly. The discounts
applicable will be deducted from the list price at the time
of 'Check Out' and the booking advance is calculated from the
discounted price only.

Season
& Off-Season Prices
Many hotels & resorts have Season &
Off-Season prices. Since Season & Off-Season period & prices
vary from place to place, hotel to hotel & even with in
a specified month Or across months; all the published prices
are list prices for the season. But when a booking is made we
will check with the concerned hotel to
see whether any Off-Season discount is applicable to the
booking dates & if so, that will be intimated to you
& adjusted to the booking advance.
This
is to make sure that you will never have to pay more than
the listed price but will always get the benefit of applicable
Off-Season discounts.
